What is your lead time? TOP
Since each item is custom made, we ask that you allow up to 7 business days for your item to be completed. This is extreemly for for personalized items! If you need an item sooner, please email us and we will do everything we can to meet your timeline. What is your return policy? TOP
Personalized merchandise may not be returned. If a printing error has been made on our part, either a Sugar Spice Designs credit will be offered or we will redo the product at our cost. Can I request changes to items? TOP
We love custom orders, that is what Sugar Spice Designs is all about! If there is something that you would like, that you don't see listed, please contact us. Is gift wrapping available? TOP
All Sugar Spice Designs items are wrapped with a ribbon and tied with a boutique tag - ready for gift giving! If you would like to have your gift shipped directly to the recipient, please let us know and we will be sure to remove the invoice and can even include a personal note from you. Please specify all directions at checkout! How can I indicate specific requests and personalization instructions? TOP
All requests and specific personalization instructions can be entered at checkout. What methods are available for shipping? TOP
We currently are offering shipping via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) and USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). How is shipping calculated? TOP
For First Class Mail, we charge a flat rate of $3.99 for the first item and then $1 for each additional item after that, up to $7.99 max. For Priority mail, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 for the first item and then $1 for each additional item after that, up to $9.99 max.
