Sugar Spice Designs Boutique is the creation of Jennifer Kraisan.  Jennifer is a transplant to the St Louis area and the mother to 2 beautiful children who inspired her to begin Sugar Spice Designs Boutique.  Wanting unique and high quality hairbows for her little girl, Jennifer decided that she'd just have to make them herself.  After receiving lots of compliments from friends and strangers alike, she decided that it was time to start offering her products to others.  Originally just starting with hairbows, Sugar Spice Designs Boutique has grown to offer a full line of personalized designs for infants, toddlers and adults alike!
